Birth Doula
As a birth doula, my focus is on helping create a peaceful, educated + calm environment for baby to be born into. The place where a family is created. To focus on needs, in order to relieve your partner, and let them experience their role fully.
The postpartum period is the single most transformative season of a woman’s life. We can provide nurturing support in the form of practical help, spiritual encouragement, an ear to listen. We will help make space for healing, and a new confidence to grow.
